What this site does

• The contact page can open your email application with a message addressed to contact@edistoo369.com.
• The website does not store the enquiry fields and does not send them through an application server on this site.
• If your email application sends the message, the content reaches the mailbox for contact@edistoo369.com.
• No analytics or advertising trackers are added by this website.

Categories of personal data

When you send an enquiry, the message may include:

• Your name and email address
• Organization and country
• A description of a business problem or workflow
• Any other information you write in the message
• Ordinary email metadata created by the transmission of the message

Purposes

• To read and reply to project or service enquiries
• To keep a record of the correspondence needed to reply, and where relevant to prepare a future written scope

Legal bases

• Where your enquiry concerns a possible future engagement, processing may be necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• Responding to project enquiries may also rely on legitimate interests in operating this preparatory website and answering messages sent to it (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your interests and rights.
• This wording describes the bases considered for the current enquiry path. It is not a claim that every future processing activity is already covered.

Recipients and service providers

• The controller named above, who reads and replies to mailbox messages.
• Cloudflare Pages, which hosts the published website files. The contact form does not post enquiry content to that host as an application submission.
• A Zimbra-based email service used for the contact@edistoo369.com mailbox. The exact underlying hosting entity and any further sub-processors are not exhaustively verified for this notice; ask the controller if you need current details.

International transfers

Website hosting and email services may process data in more than one country. Specific transfer mechanisms for each provider are not exhaustively documented here. Contact the controller for the current position as provider arrangements are confirmed.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained under a manually maintained operational policy. Automatic deletion is not configured in the mailbox from this website project.

• General enquiries: 12 months after the last exchange
• Business enquiries without a contract: 24 months after the last exchange
• Serious pre-contractual discussions: 36 months after the last exchange, subject to continuing necessity
• Contracts and invoices (when they exist): applicable statutory or accounting retention requirements, to be verified before commercial launch
• Spam: prompt deletion or a short security quarantine

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).
